We are a diverse global organization that has been going through a complex change management process, which became more challenging with recent changes in the international affairs arena. Our excellent team has been managing a fair amount of stress. We retained Margret for our annual retreat to structure a day of meetings to address these challenges. I cannot recommend Margret enough. I have never seen a facilitator do a better job of twinning behavioral science with the actual work priorities of an organization. She did extensive research on our organization ahead of our workshop and canvassed the team for pre-workshop inputs. Her framing and approach helped the team to acknowledge some of the pain points of internal and external transition in an open and safe workshop environment. The entire process led to a group synthesis of prioritized solutions and the team was clearly energized after we were done. Margret is a clear and thoughtful communicator, which helped with framing. She also keeps each exercise short enough to keep participants energized. We are highly appreciative of Margret's excellent work with our team and in particular for exceeding our high expectations with the day.
